Innovative Percussion Soloist IP240 Medium Marimba Mallets
The Innovative Percussion IP240 Medium Marimba Mallets deliver the signature warmth, clarity, and control that define the Soloist Series. Designed for expressive players, the IP240 features a hard rubber core wrapped in premium wool yarn, producing a resonant, singing tone with a balanced fundamental—ideal for solo literature, ensemble playing, and general?purpose marimba performance.
The birch handles provide a comfortable, responsive feel that supports nuanced phrasing and confident interval changes. With an overall length of approximately 16–16.5 inches, the IP240 offers the familiar reach and balance preferred by intermediate and advanced marimbists across the Soloist lineup.
